Really great album. I'm not a huge Bob Dylan fan, but this is a great mix of his sound. Half of the song are folk rock with his band, and the other half is more traditional acoustic folk with just him. I really liked this album. 4 out of 5

Zombie by Fela Kuti

Album was really good. Jazz album with heavy afro funk. Was this pre-funk? Was this album an inspiration for funk? Really good album. Short album as far as songs, but the songs were long. The songs are instrumental heavy. I really enjoys the songs that featured singing the best. I wish it had more of that. Clearly there was a war story to it. I would like to know more about the meaning of the song or theme.

The Wall by Pink Floyd

I know this is a "CLASSIC" album, top 100, but I'm more partial to Dark Side of the Moon. I'm not a huge musical theatre fan, and this seems too much like musical theater. I'm sure I would have loved the live performance concert, but just sitting and listening to the album, I just want to skip through to the good songs. It becomes a bit redundant after a while. Overall, it's a good listen if I'm in the mood, but today I'm just not in the mood to sit through two discs of material from the same artist. The hits are amazing, song writing is great, music is amazing. Just not the day for this one. Maybe this fall.

Purple Rain by Prince

I know the hits on the album. I know the movie. The songs that I really didn't care for felt like filler songs for the movie. In fact I could picture the scenes as they played....and it didn't make it any less cheesy. Because of the hits, I rate it higher than a 3.

Hot Rats by Frank Zappa

Good Album. First time listening to Zappa. I would listen again!

Fear Of A Black Planet by Public Enemy

Great Album! Classic from my youth. The message is really great. Chuck D is great and Flavor FLAV!!

Violator by Depeche Mode

It was ok. Enjoy the Silence is a great song, but everything else is just Meh.

Hysteria by Def Leppard

Great Album! Some MEGA hits on this one. This was a soundtrack to my early childhood. It brings back so many memories.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf

Not a fan of show tunes. Not a fan of Rocky Horror picture show. This was all of that and then some. I've never really been into Meat Loaf at all. Next.

Remedy by Basement Jaxx

It was really good. There was a one song that was a small time hit I remember. I'd listen again.
