Across the Universe is a great song, but this album is no Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust... or Hunky Dory. Still, it's Bowie, the dude was a genius.

Forerunner of heavy metal with a 17 minute epic that I still listen to on a regular basis.

Not a consistent album, but it gets bonus points for the first two tracks and for being OG.
