1001 Albums Summary

chocolate cake - grooovy, i love the layered vocals. feels like a song you would walk down the street to if you were the tall coolgirl love interest with big hair in a movie can tell it’s early 90s bc it still has a bit more of an 80s vibe liked fall at your feet a lot just a bunch of happy, groovy songs about love prob 3/5 - no strong feelings but no criticisms really either

liked it, didn’t love it. prob closer to 3.5 than a straight up 3/5 but there aren’t half points so

another 3.5 that i’m not quite willing to give a 4. i really want to give an album a higher or different rating but nothing has really blown me away about any of the albums so far. i rlly liked some of these songs but it just doesnt have enough substance to really hold me or engage me beyond just simple enjoyment.
