Tommy by The Who
Jul 26 2025

This album has some classic Who songs, like Pinball Wizard ofc. The narrative of the album is interesting, following Tommy with his relationship and eventually moving the narrative back into playing pinball. The feel of the album is like classic dad rock, not something I would've thought to listen to but something that is super easy and nice to listen to.

Live At The Regal by B.B. King
Jul 26 2025

This is really not my thing, I didn’t finish the album because I really couldn’t stand listening to them. The technical skill is good but the music itself just sorta annoys me. And the recording quality, I know it’s live which is why it’s like this but it just annoyed me to have the screaming crowd sometime audible also.

Moondance by Van Morrison
Jul 27 2025

The only van morrison song i knew coming into this album was brown eyed girl, and the only song i liked on this album was moondance (the title song). I really didn't like this album, mostly because of the meandering feel, it was all very samey.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
Jul 28 2025

This album is the epitome of the 90’s rap and just general music feel. Every song got me bopping. Somehow every song is so cool but also so chill, no song is an outlier in terms of the style, it all feels cohesive. Definitely one I’ll be coming back to.

Hot Rats by Frank Zappa
Jul 29 2025

Very funky, this album will get ya bopping, very good background music. Basically just a medley of every instrument soloing for 6 songs, banger. However, not something I would come back to listen to specifically, but instead put on to chill out.

Odelay by Beck
Jul 30 2025

I feel like I say this a lot, but this album felt like the epitome of the 90's. That like basketball screech noise, the entire album sounded like the Bully soundtrack, mixed with limp bizkit. Having only heard one Beck song (Loser) listening to this album made me change my views on their style of music, I really liked this album.

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
Aug 02 2025

This album feels like a train chugging, but specifically like a steam engine and each song feels like you're getting closer to some destination. A very happy feeling album.

Psychocandy by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Aug 21 2025

I really don't like this album. Like at all. It's wingey and grungy and just annoying.
