John Barleycorn Must Die
TrafficFun to listen to while working but not something I would go out of my way to listen to again. The music felt outdoors and peaceful.

My first David Bowie album. I had a lot of fun listening to this and liked it a lot more than the last one. Some tracks were slow and not very interesting but others were bursting with energy and rhythm! Definitely something I would listen to again and something that makes me want to listen to more of his work.
I have finally listened to the funny screaming guy album. Being someone who has listened to The Dark Side of the Moon and was not impressionable in the late sixties, I have to say my perspective is muddled. I am sure that this was a very important album for the time. I am also sure that because it has been half a century since this album was released, I am less impressed by it than I should be. Some parts of this were absolutely fantastic and some of the best music I have heard in months. Some parts of this album were insanely boring to listen to. I will likely be returning to every track except Moonchild. To surmise, I am glad that I have finally listened to this and do not regret my time.
I normally do not care for this kind of music but this album was absolutely fantastic and I will certainly be revisiting it again. This man manages to sound sad without being so depressing I roll my eyes at it. I love it.
