Brand new band for me, so these thoughts might not represent the group as a whole. Album is definitely front-loaded with the stronger tracks in my opinion. I do appreciate that 90s crunch of the guitar and the absolute soul put into some of the lyrical delivery. They are all good tracks at the end of the day, but admittedly towards the end it starts to get a bit muddled for me where I find myself questioning when exactly in my life I'd want to throw them on. I also am not a huge fan of when albums have interludes before/after songs on the same track. Not that I wish to impose my will upon an artist's vision, but to me they hardly ever go anywhere meaningful so I just find myself reaching for the skip button. That first half though? Pretty solid.
