Big rock opera broadway show that does say much vibes IMO. Singer’s talking whisper singing does nothing for me. There were no standout songs on this album for me. While I liked some of the music itself, once the singing started it went downhill. It was a slog to get thru this album from start to finish. I think I’m probably not a Britpop person.

Bob Dylan’s voice is an acquired taste, and I think I’m still on the fence. I enjoyed this album more than I anticipated, especially the first half of the album/the higher energy bluesy songs. His slower/acoustic songs tend to lean towards a miss for me generally, even if they start strong. Having a full band balances out Dylan’s voice, it became more grating on the acoustic songs, distracting from the lyrics. I’ve always wanted to like Dylan more than I have, while this album has helped I don’t think I’ve been fully convinced.

This album probably would’ve been better if I listened to it in a club/dancing setting. Alas, I did not. It’s not a terrible album by any means but it’s so repetitive, not good when you’re looking for how long is left til the next song. Could’ve been worse, from someone who isn’t the biggest fan of electronic music.

Adele has a great voice but her songs don’t do much for me

An album my dad would’ve played in the car on a drive. Not bad but not a great album, I appreciate the dad rock vibes though.
