Crazy how even a singing voice can be inherited. Jeff got it honestly is what I’m saying. Too bad his Dad was a deadbeat.

The track “The Man-Machine” is a jam. A little torn on the vocals throughout the album, however.

The opening track alone might be worth four stars. A joyous listen and proof that one not speak the singers’ language to love their songs.

I had avoided this Elvis my entire life, I think because I thought his look and vibe were corny. Well, maybe they are, but I shouldn’t have closed my ears to his music. This album is great. Makes me want to research Vampire Weekend’s influences.
