I’m not a Country fan but it is the type of Country I’d f with. Its old school. I can hear a lot of her influences today. It really reminds me of that song My Silver Lining, by First Aid Kit. Or rather they were influenced by her.

If you’re into Dylan, you dig this. Folksy singer, Dylan-esque. Not the best singer but his lyrics are probably more what he’s about. Not my favorite Folk artist, but my folk music doesn't stray far from Nick Drake and Sufjan Stevens. Album was par for someone who isn’t all into this type of genre. If you like Dylan, you’ll definitely want to listen.

I'm not really into Punk, so I didn't go in thinking much of this album. But it's not bad. It's like early Ramones, with elements of CCR. They can play, their singing is better than an average Punk band, but this was in the early stages. Very masculine sound. I expected more fem sound with their drag look, but this was a different time for sure. Not bad.

Very of the 2000's rock. Decent album. Must have been a great live show.
