1001 Albums Summary

I really like the theme and the bookend songs that enclose part 1 of the album. Old friends is my favorite so far. LOVE Mrs. Robinson. Also loved a hazy shade of winter. I'd say this is a good fall / winter album but not sure it's great enough to be in this list lol. The album is literally split into 2 with the last half being throwaway songs from the previous album that have nothing to do with the 1st half. I think the 1st half would be a great concept EP, but yea this all together doesn't make much sense.

wtf?!?!?! i'd never heard of this band besides their hit we got the beat which i never fully listened to before, so it's shocking to me how much i'm liking it! great summer album i can see myself singing this in a bikini while tanning. someone called it boring and i can see that, but as a pop / punk lover i can tell the difference between generic boring pop songs and great catchy songs with different melodies. also, 1st girl band who wrote their own songs to have a number 1 album on billboard! amazing! i'll probably have this album on in the background as i do my chores this weekend, it's so fun and easy to listen to!
