1001 Albums Summary

A great album with inspiring lyrics. Three songs were standouts, ‘Breaking the Girl,’ “Give It Away,’ and ‘Under the Bridge.” Never gave the Red Hot Chili Peppers a listen, but this album is a great introduction to their music.

Arctic Monkey’s debut album is a good addition to the Alternative genre. Unfortunately, the majority of the songs from this album have the same sound & rhythm, my two standout songs were the ones who strayed from most of the album’s sound: “Riot Van” and “Mardy Bum.” Nevertheless I appreciate this album.
