very drum heavy. prefer pt. iv the most mainly due to the sax being more prominent.
what i imagine someone who is performative + indie would listen to - honestly, not memorable? i think it was really interesting that the album had some robotic elements to it but i could not get through the full album since i felt so bored.
hearing it for the first time i knew this was made in the 80s. fav song - save a prayer. didn’t like the singing but LOVED the back
kinda forgettable. didn’t listen to the whole thing - i didn’t really enjoy it.
classic with ms jackson and so fresh, so clean. reminded me how much hiphop can be musical poetry - esp from the 2000s.
