Track 1: Exp - Interesting and very experimental opener, not much to mention beyond that Track 2: Up From The Skies - Groovy sophomore track. Gets the listener in the mood of the album nicely Track 3: Spanish Castle Magic - The slightly drastic change in genre might throw you off at first, but still a nicely executed track. Sick guitar riff near the end Track 4: Wait Until Tomorrow - Wait Until Tomorrow carries through the vibe of the album, also confirming some common themes around the tracks Track 5: Ain't No Telling - Quick and fun track, shortest on the album Track 6: Little Wing - Like the slower tempo, makes it more clear what each instrument is doing, great composition, just feels a little too short for what it has to offer Track 7: If 6 Was 9 - Very impressive entry, just 5 minutes of music in its purest form Track 8: You Got Me Floatin' - Heading back into a more upbeat tempo, en repeating riffs and progression to get really stuck in your head Track 9: Castles Made of Sand - Yet another piece of psych-rock ear candy, great track Track 10: She's So Fine - A track that felt like it was over so soon, but in it's runtime atleast it once again shows off Jimi's musical talent Track 11: One Rainy Wish - There is something cold but also comfortable chill about this song, I like the vibes the verses give, very enjoyable, near the end however it takes a more interestingly unsettling tone Track 12: Little Miss Lover - A pretty punchy and exciting track there isn't much to say Track 13: Bold as Love - A decent closer to this great album. With Bold as Love the Jimi Hendrix experience comes to a close for today, with more of the same we've seen in the other tracks. Great album overall, consistent in quality, If I had to pick a favourite it would be If 6 Was 9. I wouldn't say anything in particular completely blew me away on the spot, but it sounds like returning to the album a couple times could make it a mainstay.
