1001 Albums Summary

I love the begging of the album. The whole thing has the right amount of absurdity.

The main trait of this album for is that you can hear that Murakami likes it. Love how the 2 first songs are just about powerful woman. Nowhere man is for sure one of my favourites from the first listen. Than I also like I’m looking through you, drive my car and in my life. I don’t really enjoy the energy drop in the middle of the album

I enjoy the consistent rythym. I did like the buildup in the beginning and started enjoying the album. Then Someone Great started playing and I felt as if someone was trying to electro-stimulate my brain in a nurocognitive laboratory (aka unpleasant and a tiny bit painful). Overall I enjoyed the Talking Headness of the album but I guess I prefer to stick to Byrne.

Didn’t really care bout it. There was nothing I especially liked or disliked.

Absolutely brilliant, the album felt so smooth and engaging at the same time. I love how it encapsulates the early 70s vibe with a tiny bit of cowboy cuntyness.

Meh…

I always suspected that I don’t like Prince - now I know it for sure. Anyhow it wasn’t that bad - I see that the album is well made and can be enjoyable for others
