1001 Albums Summary

I wasn’t expecting to get “JoJo-ed” XD The album was a great listening choice and I’d listen again. Theres a lot going on musically that I’m not knowledgeable enough to pick up on but I enjoyed it nonetheless the less. Not a “top to bottom banger” everything hits but some songs are better than others.

Chaotic and complicated, the conversation between the hi-hats and the sax FEEL good. Each song works well as a stand alone but none of them stood out from the rest they're all just good. :/ I wish I had more words for it cause I do like jazz, it’s just that none of these pieces wowed me.

Another zone-out-and-get-shit-done kind of album. Personally didnt find anything special here but was glad to hear it.
