Fun, smooth rock tracks. Very distinct guitar sound across the whole album. There are many repetitive that are groovy at the best times and a bit sleepy at the worst. I also enjoyed the cool instrumental additions. Track Highlights: Down to the Waterline, Southbound Again, Sultans of Swing

Nostalgic music for me, there were many songs that I recognized from the radio growing up. Adele has an incredible singing voice and style, and the songwriting definitely takes care to highlight Adele’s vocals. Hearing more unfamiliar songs gave me the ability to listen to this era of Adele uncolored by nostalgia/history, but I think the stronger tracks were the ones that became the most popular.
