1001 Albums Summary

Bleak, depressing, at points dystopian. A classic for a reason.

Certainly sounds like jazz as I currently know it, but at the time, this must’ve been mind-blowing.

Even for Bowie, this sounds pretty alien (in a good way).

Listened on vinyl. A timeless classic about the complexities and madness of human life (greed, mortality, insanity, etc.) Awesome.

Listened to the original track listing via YouTube. Despite its short length, the raw energy from this album could likely power an entire city for 7 days straight (maybe longer). Loved it.
