1001 Albums Summary

Wow, what an album. Absolutely no skips. The instrumentation is incredible, and you can really tell the band is just having fun and being dynamic with their sound. Robert Plant’s vocals are amazing throughout. This album feels like a true masterpiece. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I can’t get enough of Tangerine and Friends. The first half of the album makes me feel like I’m defeating some beasts and the second half I’m frolicking in grass.

One of my favorite albums ever and listening to it on vinyl is even better. Prince’s footwork in them heels is too smooth, what a performer and musician !!!

Bridge Over Troubled Water feels like a warm cup of hot chocolate, the kind you drink while listening to sad music my dad would play in the background and some sort of a gentle nostalgia to it. I love the film “The Graduate” and “Baby Driver”, I can hear why Simon & Garfunkel’s music works so well alongside film because it feels cinematic and emotionally soft around the edges. I’m wasn’t familiar with Simon & Garfunkel’s game, but this album feels inviting rather than overwhelming. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with Bridge Over Troubled Water. The lyricism is poetic and beautiful, and each song feels like it’s telling a story through harmony and carefully chosen instruments rather than big dramatic moments. Still, I don’t think this is an album I’ll remember vividly a month from now. It leaves more of an overall mood than specific standout moments.

HELL YEAH!!!! What a fun album RAHHH!!!!

Paranoid by Black Sabbath proves that some songs are popular for a reason, even if the album as a whole doesn’t always get talked about in full. Tracks like “Paranoid” and “Iron Man” have earned their legendary status, but I’m not sure about the album as a whole. My favs were “Planet Caravan” and “Electric Funeral”.

YES YES YES love music I can’t understand what the fuck they are saying. Björk sounds like a Sims I love it.
