Great songwriting and lyrics, love the more experimental stuff, excited to see what he does next.

Very glam rock, feels like Bowie doing the Rolling Stones at some points, but that's obviously not a bad thing. There are fewer of his more heartfelt tracks in this one compared to his previous albums and more experimentation with jazz and experimental concepts. To me this feels like a bit of a transition album between his early stuff and his later 70s work like station to station. However, that doesn't mean this album is not one of his most seminal.

Feels bloated and is hard to get through because of it but enjoyable. Thank you kayne for discovering this guy, very cool.

Some great catchy tracks but I think they are a few too many stinkers to rate this album higher. Pretty solid overall though.
