Break on through (to the other side) is that one song I’ve heard but didn’t know the name of. Soul kitchen and the crystal ship are not much to note. I like 20th century fox. Alabama song is kinda odd. The little girl comments threw me off. I like the harsh minor second transitions. Light my fire is very catchy and incredibly 1967. I feel like a vampire surfer. The solo section does drag on for forever though Back door man is alright. I looked at you is also not notable. End of the night ^ I do really enjoy take it as it comes. The end is really weird and kind of unsettling. It sounds like what I imagine it’s like to start losing your mind. This album is odd because it has some very generic sounding 60s songs but has some very unique and somewhat unsettling themes in certain songs. I’m unsure if there’s a story in the album as I wasn’t paying too much attention to the lyrics. In terms of quality, I rate it a 6/10. There are some very good and catchy songs and there are some sounds that caught me off guard considering its age, however, most of the songs are repetitious or drag on for forever and are just uninteresting. So personally, I rate it a 4/10 and will probably never listen again unless I want to learn more about the story of the album if there is one.
