1001 Albums Summary

I kinda hate this genre of music ngl so I couldn’t even finish listening to it, which is kinda against the rules but also I am the rules so. My fave lyric was from “You oughta know” ( there are two songs with same name for some reason, this was the first one), where she says “Is she perverted like me? Would she go down on you in a theatre?”. But that’s kinda it. Sounds like 2000s witch movie soundtrack.

Playful, fun, horny jazz. Lots of innocent allegories to sinful things. Added it to my jazz playlist.

Very fun, hot, sunny vibes. Had a feeling a few songs from this were featured in movies, that’s exactly right. «…notably the hit "Oye Como Va" in comedies like American Pie & The Hangover and classic Scarface, while "Black Magic Woman" also appears in various media…» Very awesome album to smoke hookah and vibe to. The cover artwork is incredible.

Simply didn’t like it. This genre doesn’t make me feel anything. Says it’s R&B and soul on Apple Music. Sounds like it would have movie soundtracks on it but I don’t care to google.
