1001 Albums Summary

Probably the best album of all time. Between themes, music, talent, and history, it is one of my favorites.

Not my style of music. A bit rough at the edges. I imagine it was great at the time and I can see why it was influential to the bands that followed after.

Ambient, futuristic. Wondering how it was received in '99. Not the vibe on the day I listened but a nice atmosphere.

Incredible Live album. Showcases his talent and energy. The pitch and clarity even live in a club is so impressive. Entertaining from beginning to end.

Cool sound, the original lofi. Great mixing and transitions. I bet this is sampled in so many different ways.

Like a sitting room with floral wallpaper with doors that open out into the wooded side yard. Safe and playful but full of freedom provided by the 70's, wrapped up in a cozy, folky package.

First time this has come across my airwaves. Excellent expose of 70s soft rock with blues and folk influences. Easy listening. Reminds me of Seals and Crofts Crosby Stills Nash & Young, or The Band.

A great early psychedelic rock album that I hadn't heard yet. Easy going and complex enough to keep attention. Weird band name.

Hell yeah.
