First impressions was has to be 80s and has to be from UK. Sounds like the generic pop from that time, I assume. Because I don’t see this being like anyone’s favorite album unless they’re were like 12 around the 80’s or super really niche “like you just don’t get it”
Harmonica, sweet soft drawl tone of singing voice, as expected from Neil young only from knowing harvest moon. Kind of album to save for a soft slow gloomy rainy day so far.
Just hootin’ and hollering at this point. I’m sure there’s probably lore and what nots but I just wanted to listen to something nice to start the day. ya maybe I’ll be in mood to listen to this type beat some other time but yes drums obv, and repetitive lyricism, and some songs do got cool wavy sounds.
Peak album. Has its classics. Today has to be one of my favorite songs from this album such a beautiful flute sound in background
