A respectable rock-and-roll album, and reminder that we hear very little close harmony in current popular music...most dual-vocalist songs seem to either have the singers as lead and backup or in some sort of dialogue with each other. When's the last time we had a There are surprisingly few hits on this album, and the one chart-topper ("Cathy's Clown") has a spark that pulls it ahead of the rest of the track list. An enjoyable and highly listenable album...if I go into a retro burger-and-malt shop, this is what I would want to hear, not the endlessly overplayed "best of the oldies".
