Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin

Pretty good. Call of duty song jump scare

Zombie by Fela Kuti
Feb 03 2026

Big fan of the jamming and riffing. Had heard Fela’s Riff before and this must be the Fela they borrowed the riff from! Favorite song: Zombie

The Libertines by The Libertines
Feb 04 2026

Enjoyed some of it more than other parts. The more melodic tracks worked better for me than some of the noisier ones which was a fair amount. But still a cool listen for the 2004 UK time capsule that bottles a pretty grassroots feeling of nightlife raucousness. The fact that none of the songs feel too organized, none of the riffs too perfect, none of the choruses or vocals tuned by science, does make it feel authentic. Fav tracks: Music When the Lights Go Out, the Ha Ha Wall

Bossanova by Pixies
Feb 05 2026

I know the pixies are good but this one was a bit noisy for me

Remain In Light by Talking Heads
Feb 09 2026

Amazing album. Within seconds of starting it’s already in full flow, like you as the listener have put your fingers on a pulse to find that it’s already beating fast. The album brings rock infected with anxiety and imagination, layering frenetic rhythms, funky ensemble flourishes, blurted and chanted and murmured lyrical evocations. But for all the oddity of the sound and bewilderment of the lyrics, it’s never disjointed or self satisfyingly sad. It transmutes all that into verve and groove. Wonderfully odd and earnest from the first seconds
