An actual interesting album that came out in some of the best years to make music and experiment. Janis Joplin last album before pursuing a solo career and dying a few years later. Powerful voice, similar to Robert Plant. Standouts (two covers): -I Need a Man to Love -Summertime -Ball and Chain
Nice sounds but everything is too similar and too caged in its genre. Can't see anything revolutionary in this. Nonetheless nice vibes.
Some catchy riffs for sure but nothing memorable, found the style boring after a few songs.
