This was a pretty good listen; nothing mind blowing or super crazy. But it's understandable why it would be on this list. Personally I wouldn't have included it, but I hear the impact it had on the music scene for the 80s on up. Again a pretty good listen, but you're not missing anything otherwise.
Finally gave it a listen; in all honesty this record is a time capsule. It's a great piece of music history and you can here the influence it had on many artist through the years. I loved the brass solos and the high energy of the majority of the songs, but it starts to run together after the first few songs. This one is tough to rate so if we're rate it based on the test of time for me it's a low 6, but for when it was released a solid 8.
