This is one of those quintessentially of their era albums, it just screams late 60s to 70s, and a lot of that perception is probably because he was one of the key artists that shaped that era. There isn't a whole lot going on with the production, just a man and his guitar for the most part. It feels like a very lonely album, without much to say outside of his own world. I think my favorite songs were "Words" or one of "Out on the Weekend" or "Harvest". I especially thought "Heart of Gold" was a let down.
