1001 Albums Summary

Great vocals and grooves, smooth jumping sound. Something to look cool or feel cool to while you listen. Grew on me as the album progressed. Not the biggest fan of this style of rock, but I appreciate the rhythm and passion/clarity. Def some humor and wit in the lines as well. Some tracks def hit for me, 'from the ritz to the rubble' gave me this feeling. Can understand the hype/love!

Almost boring/a slog for me to get through. Wonderful vocals and understand the range displayed, but much more favored the singer/songwriter tracks over any house/dance. Especially loved Anchor Song!

Supremely soulful and lovely to listen to, some real grooves and highlights on here. Delightful

I get it now, first time listening and I get it. Especially for the final two tracks, excellent music and an excellent voice

Listened to this before her 2nd LP. Fantastic voice and love the overall vibe of this record. Great Debut, timeless music
