1001 Albums Summary

This was good, I've heard of this band but barely know them. I also listened to some of their other albums/songs, and it was good. They're country-ish at times but also rock and a bit of alt but also a bit of like nostalgic and blues rock. Deeeefinitely dad rock, fo sho. Brothers in Arms was moving, emotionally provocative, and still rings true today. Brothers in Arms has similarities in themes with Army Dreamers by Kate Bush, but explored the idea that even the "opposition" were family. This album was a wonderful demonstration of how humanity turns against itself to eat its own kin, raw and real and true. It also demonstrates how soldiers never really can go back home, as they'll always take their lowland with them. Music really is an art; in which Brothers in Arms (the song!) really brings to the table. Just talking about that one song though. Not the biggest fan of others, it's generally okay and some of the music can be a bit too slow and sluggish in some bits and places. Was absolutely a fan of the song itself as you can tell. Please note that this review is in separation from the artist. I have little to no knowledge of this band, so I am going purely off of the music on this one. A solid 3. -Byxtwiy Records

Definitely a banger fs. Green onions are cool. I listened to this while eating miso soup with green onions because I thought I was funny.
