My first time listening to a Beatles album and probably the last. They sound exactly like how i thought they would sound. Meh.
this album feels like chicago. this album feels like a perfect summer. the way kanye melds commons voice and particular style of spoken word rapping with his production is pro pro pro level. common’s storytelling is his strong point and the way he sets a scene, godly. the way Testify snatches me up every time like i haven’t heard it before is a testament to his pen.
