1001 Albums Summary

It's kind of an agitating/overwhelming/chaotic album. The songs I found that I liked fitted a more melodic form and I'm kind of embarrassed by that I guess, it makes me feel musically dumb. Pixies has always sung a lot of nonsense and it just works. I saw the Pixies live in the summer of 2024! Wish I appreciated it more... The songs on this albums (besides the ones I knew before) kind of blended into each other because they felt kind of all over the place it was hard to tell when one song ended and the other started.

I mean it's good for a reason. Stevie Nicks voice is just like wow. The songs have such chemistry it's like when you fry an egg in the bacon grease that came before it.
