1001 Albums Summary

Definitely not my choice of music but it wasn’t what I was expecting of “The Velvet Underground”; I was expecting rock or something more grunge-y. Favorite song of the album is The Black Angel’s Death Song and Venus in Furs but I didn’t genuinely like any of them. Maybe I’m just too young to appreciate the cultural significance of this album.

A very solid jazz album.

A solid metal album. Definitely felt like some songs were long for the sake of being long and could have been trimmed down. Loved all of the creative guitar solos though, they never disappointed.
