Found this site and the book through listening to Streets 2nd album again after a conversation w my friend on the bus. Disinterested in this way of listening to music but never hurts to explore stuff so and craving a schedule during my dissertation period. Have already listened to this album numerous times; big Beastie Boys fan the bridging of their earlier Punk sound with the Hip Hop sound into this cool hybrid album makes an awesome listening experience. Finding out Adam Yauch was buddhist really added to my listening when I came up to Bodhisattva Vow. My thesis and general philosophical ouvre is founded upon much Buddhist thought and I think it will stick with me through my future career and eventual scholarshiphood.
