1001 Albums Summary

Album containing the iconic Take Five track, first proper jazz album I’ve listened too. I enjoyed it.

Is it the best album ever? I don’t know. Is every song on the album good? Yeah I’m pretty sure. Also an iconic album cover.

Enjoyable and has quite a few big songs but not one of my all time favourite albums.

Enjoyed this album, a few songs I already knew but most I didn’t. Very different for the time from what I have been told. Solid.

There are some good songs on here but a lot of them are very similar. Maybe I haven’t listened to enough Irish folk music or whatever but I wasn’t huge on this album.

This was a good album. The songs by themselves are good but together it almost tells a story. You can tell where the start and the end of the album is. I don’t know how to describe that.

I thought this album was pretty good, but it was definitely too experimental for my taste and had a very similar sound throughout. I enjoyed it but there were definitely some parts of it that I did not enjoy as much.

Haven’t listened to this album before but I really like steely Dan so this was pleasant. Would definitely listen to it again.
