1001 Albums Summary

As a massive Beatles fan, I will admit I've never given the early Beatles albums much of a chance. For a young person interested in the musical process, of course the more experimental and innovate later years are going to be more intriguing. However, it can not be understated that these covers and more poppy originals are the building blocks that gave the fab four the musical talent and confidence to make their later material. Highlights: I feel like picking specific songs from this album is unimportant, their is the obvious timeless classics such as 'all my loving' and the many great covers. Instead I recommend anyone else that may feel less appreciative of the earlier Beatles albums to give this one a full listen, you can absolutely hear the skill, harmonies and collaboration that would lead to those later songs.
