1001 Albums Summary

Great record, absolute classic. It’s not something that I can see myself revisiting too often, but I can recognize what an absolute gem this album is. Favorite tracks: Indian sunset, holiday inn, tiny dancer

Incredible album. Admittedly this was my least favorite record of his before relistening. After a full Relisten again years later, I noticed the incredible instrumentation and variety of different genres backed into this album. This quickly became my favorite record of his. Top songs: take me with you, blunderbuss, freedom at 21

I mean it’s steely Dan of course it’s good. Never listened to this album before, but I like it. Top tracks: Rikki don’t lose that number, toodle-oo, with a gun

I mean it’s let zeppelin what can I say. Instrumentation is impeccable, plants vocals can be grating but also can be beautiful. Probably my favorite zeppelin record. Best songs: what is and what should never be, lemon song, living loving maid, ramble on

Great album. Like if zeppelin and Black Sabbath had a baby that fell down the Prog rabbit hole. Nothing that blew me away, but a pretty solid album with some great organ and guitar.

Steely Dan, maybe their best album? Toss up between this and Aja. Not a wasted note on this whole record
