Led's first album delivers a strong melodic rock songs that utilizes heavy riffs, light vocals, and a wonderful blend of electric and acoustic instrumentation. Apparently they ripped off a bunch of people here. Gotta look into that
Bob is the Mike Jackson of reggae and he proves why with Natty Dread. Not even his best project but he delivers a solid album with many enjoyable reggae classics.
Obviously the King of pop knew what he was doing. The album singles sound closer to a movie score than and album. The rest of the songs fall somewhat flat. To witness this in realtime must have been a treat.
