Illmatic

It is a album which was highly influential to the genre of hip-hop, that alone commands respect. I found the album to be pretty great though since it only the beginning or in depth storytelling in rap. The Jazz sample was great to see especially the song I grew accustomed to in it full body of work. It insurmountable to say this style has involved to way more then the scope that this album covers, and that might have played an influence for how a person of a younger generation as myself takes from it compared to others. i found a few of the closing track disorienting ot the album as a whole, but it just speaks louder volume to the juvenile factors of it as Nas was only 18 years old or less when he made this.
