1001 Albums Summary

A pretty neat album, very dad-rock hah! Dumb it down to my lack of musical knowledge, but I had initially felt that all of the songs sounded too similar to find any stand-outs. But Bitch, Sister Morphine, Wild Horses and Brown Sugar (the kazoo solo?) stood out to me the most and have added to my liked songs. I think Sway would be a great song to randomly play on a drive home following a tiring day. Moonlight Mile was a beautiful close. Cool album, I’m sure it revolutionised and inspired more than I’m aware of.

I honestly love the whole vibe of Bob Marley so much, his songs make me feel as if everything’s gonna be alright. It’s so chill, so mellow and sounds almost tropical? I feel like I’m sitting under a palm tree with a coconut in my hand. All of the songs on this album are great, personally felt that I vibed with Lively Up Yourself the most so that’s the one I’ve saved.

Fascinating album, is all I’ll say. Never heard much like it.
