1001 Albums Summary

I’m not sure a commute is the best way to digest this music but it felt more like a score than an album each song pushing and pulling energies with virtuosos playing each instrument. The melodies were a bit too noodley for my taste but it’s obviously a great record. Admittedly I should be sitting in front of a speaker with a drink in the dark while listening to this album to take this review with a grain of salt.

Not really my taste but well produced and very theatrical. I did like a track or two but found a lot of the songs lengthy.

Groovey funky with great players but overly long jams.
