1001 Albums Summary

The beat goes on. And on. I love Talking Heads but this album gave me anxiety on the first listen. Love it when he says “same as it ever was” because that’s so REAL! The final song was a little spooky and i loved the dark vibes. Probably my favorite song on the album. Definitely not a driving in the car album for sure—it was hard to be a defensive driver while this was playing. Gave me anxiety on the second listen too. I love talking heads but this isnt it for me (except the last song)

It’s giving autumnal graveyard at dusk. I liked this album. It was my first Black Sabbath album and I enjoyed the darker tones, the opening track with the rain storm, the fear and storytelling within the lyrics. I would listen to this again to feel like im in some kind of halloween movie.
