1001 Albums Summary

Black cow- really liked, a little weird to “drink the cow” but it’s a good song. First few notes and was pleasantly impressed and surprised Aja- was good but at the middle was just boring and the same throughout it. Skipped at the middle Deacon blues- really liked, very good saxophone and sound. I think I like jazz now. Peg- I like it, cool sound- kinda different. The electric guitar at the middle is a little random but I like it. Home at last- something I’d hear on a 1980s movie and want to hear the song alone without the scene. Good, simple jazz and a good backtrack. I got the news- a little different sound from the rest of the album. Really liked the guitar in the middle. Really vibey and colorful. Lots of instruments in the backtrack. Josie- first notes, remains me of power rangers/ something I’ve heard in a movie or show before. Like this sound and song, old school jazz that you’d hear at an underground bar show Id rate it 3.5/5 Overall good on the sound, a little bland writing and is a background noise for me. I love love love the backtracks and music, but the lyrics kinda put it off and the songs really repeat themselves over the whole album.
