1001 Albums Summary

Good individual songs, together as an album a bit of a confusing listening experience - one song is peaceful and the next will be brash a loud. It doesn’t feel like an album I could put on and relax to, because if it’s a relaxing evening I’ll love the quieter songs but then the louder pieces will be jarring. Vice versa - also not something I’d put on if I’m in an upbeat mood because of the mix of tracks. Love Ray Charles though. 6/10

Love Little Richard. This album (at least the deluxe version which I listened to) was a mix of full songs and then partial takes. I think if I had listened to the non deluxe version with only full tracks it would have been a better listening experience. 7/10.
