1001 Albums Summary

This album really hit on my night drive and I thought it was great

This was fun and definitely made me enjoy Bob Dylan more than I did before. I still don’t love this album as much as a lot of other people seem to do.

I don’t even know if there are many or any albums that will be better than this one in this list

Bit of a mixed bag for me but has some absolute heat here and there. EDIT: It's been growing on me I just don't think I was in the mood to listen to it on the day I did. I actually think this album slaps

Very fun and interesting first half with an extremely weaker second half. However Fight the Power is one of the best closing tracks I’ve ever heard ELVIS WAS A HERO TO MOST BUT HE NEVER MEANT SHIT TO ME🗣️🗣️

Nah this ain't it. I honestly thought that the first half of the album was just Cooke appealing to the masses and then he was gonna switch the vibe up after one absolutely fire song...but no. There is genuinely one great song on this in a sea of 60's slop. Thankfully Cooke's voice is majestic so it gets 2 stars still
