1001 Albums Summary

I can definitely see why the famous songs are very famous. They are very entertaining and well produced. However, by the vibe of this album kind of outstays its welcome. I didn't get a lot out of the deep cuts of this album.

As widely known as Bob Marley is, this album is still underrated. This is a must listen for any fans of '70s classic rock and I'm sure is already foundational to anyone who is a fan of reggae in general.

The killers are a really consistent band across this album. I find something new to listen to each time I pick it up. The highs are dazzling, and there's not really any lows.

This album is a classic for a reason. I think this is a perfect bridge for a casual music fan to get into Beck. The appeal is very obvious on this one, and it's always a fun time seeing what turns the album will take. Overall, not my favorite back out album, but I can see why it is so highly regarded.

Not my favorite jazz style, but it was a nice album. Excellent musicianship and interplay between the players. I'm just not a big fan of big band/swing music in general.
