I really don’t have much use for The Smiths anymore, but this is probably their best album, even without “How Soon is Now?”. It has some of their strongest and least overplayed compositions and Morrissey isn’t whaling as hard as he does elsewhere. “Barbarism Begins at Home” is probably as funky as white British people can reasonably get. C

This is a pretty good Smiths album. I liked this one just as much as The Queen is Dead.

See Smiths. Give high review. But for real, this doesn't have any singles I know, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. 4/5
