I knew them by name but I never really listen to them. Oh boy this is good! I loved their blend of pop and experimental music, it's quirky, it's weird, it's entertaining, it has really nice voice harmonies, there is a good work on textures and atmospheres, some tracks make me want to dance. This was a nice surprise. Weird enough to keep me interested. I'm adding to my list to listen again.
I haven't listened to this album for ages, but it's actually one of the CDs in my collection. I enjoyed rediscovering it.
Interesting mix of loops, quirky/provocative lyrics and a huge rumbling bass line. I hadn’t heard this before and was interested to read that they worked with Bowie on a later track which I will be checking out.
