My initial reaction is that they definitely fit the "avant-garage" label. Some of the music is actually good/fine - instruments are interesting to listen to and the themes feel fine. The singing is mostly what I dislike - a little too much haphazard singing or just forced half yelling which just feels so bad to listen to. The singer sounds like Morty from Rick and Morty, ugh. Thriller actually sounds like disorienting music you would play at a haunted house. Like why are they scratching their guitar strings. And having Halloween music play. Some of it qualifies as "noise" to me, but not all. I think I'm disappointed that there's actually some music hiding here, because I don't want to listen to it. I reserve 1 star for albums that I would be sad or upset if someone were to play them in most situations - I believe this fits the criteria. As an art project, it's interesting, but as a music album that I want to listen to, I think it's pretty close to the bottom for my personal preference.
