One of Van Halen's best albums, although, it's due to some really incredible songs amongst some pretty normal ones. Jump, Panama, and Hot for Teacher are rock fundamentals with the big show quality of the first two and the guitar solos in the third. The rest of them just aren't anything to write home about. I'd still put their debut album above this one but anytime we can get Van Halen on here is worth jumping for.
